Returns are not accepted only exchanges for same or equal value items

In person exchange policy:

Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of receiving your item(s). All tags must be attached, and the product must be unused.

Online Exchange policy:

Exchanges for online orders are accepted within 48 hours of receiving your item(s). To be eligible, all tags must remain attached, and the item(s) must be unused and in original condition.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and exchange request. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return the item(s).

Returns:

Returns are eligible for store credit only. The credit will be issued for the value of the returned item(s), minus any shipping fees.

For returns, customers will receive store credit equal to the value of the returned item(s), minus the shipping fee.
